In 2022 in Romania were registered 1,350 public charging stations for electric cars, 58 percent were slow charging stations which would cost from three to five thousand euros for a four to eight hours of charging time , 42 percent were fast and ultra-fast charging stations costing over 50 thousand euros for a 20 to 40 minutes charging time.
