Estonia had the largest share of female employees in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector among Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries, at over 27 percent in 2024. Furthermore, Romania and Bulgaria followed in second and third place, respectively, in terms of the proportion of women employed in ICT. The lowest share was recorded in Czechia at around 13 percent.
