In financial year 2023, there were over *** thousand Ayushman Bharath Health and Wellness Centers (AB-HWCs) across India. There was twice the increase in the number of centers as compared to the previous year. AB-HWCs provide free essential medicine and diagnostic services and teleconsultation.
