As of July 2022, newly-released Diablo Immortal managed to generate more than 100 million U.S. dollars in mobile player spending within eight weeks post-release. While impressive, this is still a far cry from the most popular video game IP on mobile of all time - Pokémon GO reached 100 million U.S. dollars in mobile player spending in merely two weeks.
