By October 8, 2023, over 553 thousand refugees from Ukraine had registered under Temporary Protection in Czechia, of which nearly 363 thousand still had this status at the time. Of that number, the most significant number of refugees remained in the capital of Prague, a total of 90.33 thousand people. The Central Bohemian region followed with a total of 48.89 thousand refugees.
