According to a survey on the utilization of fitness services and facilities that was conducted in Japan in August 2023, *** percent of women in their twenties stated that they had used such facilities with the guidance of a personal trainer during the past year, while *** percent had worked out without a personal trainer. This was one of the age cohorts that recorded high participation figures.
