Research from February 2022 focused on the countries worldwide recording the highest cancellation rate in bookings for inbound flights from Russia made between February 24 and 26, 2022, following the start of the Russia-Ukraine war. According to the study, Cyprus reported the highest cancellation rate from Russia, at 300 percent, followed by Egypt and Armenia. Meanwhile, Germany was the country with the highest cancellation rate in bookings for outbound flights to Russia.
