In Italy, the sales value of mouthwashes and toothpastes by distribution channel experienced a few changes in 2021 compared to the previous year. The figure shows that, in 2021, sales of these oral care products registered the highest value in supermarkets and drugstores, amounting to around 155 million euros and 150 million euros, respectively. The third most profitable distribution channel was the hypermarket, followed by discounters.
