In 2021, goods and services imports in Ghana are expected to represent 40.15 percent of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This would register an increase compared to the preceding two years. Over the period reviewed, the lowest GDP share of goods and services imported into Ghana was achieved in 2013 at 35.86 percent, while the highest share was reported in 2015 at 43.63 percent.
