The majority of startup owners in Belarus were not satisfied with the business conditions and investment climate in the country as of October 2020. Approximately 76 percent of survey respondents believed that the cause for negative business environment was the political crisis due to the events of August and September 2020. Almost 10 percent of startup founders were satisfied with the current conditions, but admitted that there were still issues.
