According to a December 2020 survey of U.S. adults, only 14 percent of respondents were using a contact tracing app on their mobile phone to trace the spread of COVID-19. In contrast, 86 percent of respondents reported that they were not using any contact tracing apps on their mobile phones to trace the spread of COVID-19.
