According to this survey conducted in Italy in July 2020, half of the Italian firms had to increase their usage of cloud resources (with their respective security services) as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the impact of COVID-19 on corporate cyber-security that was suffered by the largest share of respondents. The necessity of an increase in training and in specific security policies followed with ** percent of the respondents approximately. However, only ** percent of the firms actually received more cyber attacks during the pandemic.
