The monthly value of exports through Port Said stood at close to 84.5 million U.S. dollars in July 2020, which was a rise from the preceding month by roughly 6.7 percent. Moreover, during the period under review, the value of exports from Port Said port fluctuated severely between approximately 34.2 million U.S. dollars (in April 2020), and 108.9 million U.S dollars (in February 2020). The largest drop between months can be noticed in March 2020, as the value of exports dropped by around 63.1 percent from February which represented the peak.
