French people are rather honest regarding their insurance company. Indeed, a recent survey showed that a large part of the French population would not be willing to commit insurance fraud. When looking at the issue of fraudulent reporting, it appears that only *** percent of the people surveyed had declared a damage that never occurred when reporting a claim to their insurance company at least once, while most of the respondents had never resorted to this form of fraud.
