Looking at the degree of integrity of people in France towards their insurance company, it appears that the French are rather honest, since ** percent of people surveyed in 2019 said that they would absolutely not be willing to commit insurance fraud. Indeed, according to this survey on the overstatement of damage value, only **** percent of French people had exaggerated the value of a damage in order to have a better compensation at least once, while a large majority of the respondents had never resorted to this type of fraud.
