For children age 12-23 months: BCG, birth dose of HepB,  three doses of DPT-HepB-Hib, four doses of OPV, two doses of IPV, three doses of pneumococcal vaccine, two doses of measles vaccine, one dose of yellow fever vaccine, and one dose of meningitis vaccine.

For children age 24-35 months, all of the just-mentioned vaccinations.

According to the survey conducted by the DHS Program between December 2023 and May 2024, **** percent of children under the age of *** in Nigeria were fully vaccinated according to the national schedule. Among children aged 24 to 35 months, the vaccination coverage reached **** percent.
In the last five years before the survey period, Nigeria intensified its focus on polio eradication and routine immunization. In addition, some vaccination campaigns were implemented with the aim of increasing coverage of specific supplemental vaccines.
