The coronavirus pandemic would have a significant impact on businesses in India according to a CIO survey carried out twice in March 2020. On a scale from one (indicating no impact) to ten (disastrous impact), around 46 percent of respondents ranked the impact of the coronavirus between eight and ten on the scale between March 23 and 25, 2020. This is a significant jump from just under 20 percent in early March, when the first edition of the poll was carried out.
