This graph presents an estimated value of public finance fraud in France in 2015, by type of fraud. Thus, contrary to the common idea that social fraud would be very important in France, it amounts in reality to one billion euros, including less than 250 million euros in benefit frauds. On the other hand, tax evasion reached a value of more than 21 billion euros.
