*Regarding the survey sample, the source specifies to have interviewed with CAWI methodology: 989 operators of hotel and non-hotel facilities, 71 ski resorts, 13 ski lift societies, 33 activities of tourism promotion, 51 tour operators, 133 rental agencies, 498 restaurants, 421 owners of commercial activities, and eight national tour operators.
The surveyed companies were located in 61 destinations for winter holidays in the following Italian regions: Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Lombardy, Trentino-South Tyrol, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Lazio, Abruzzo, Calabria, Molise, Sicily.
