In 2021, there were 152 registered crimes in Russia that involved the use of explosives and explosive devices. This was 23 incidents lower than the number of such crimes recorded over the previous year. Prior to 2018, the figure followed a negative trend, gradually decreasing from 168 crimes per year measured in 2015.
