In a survey conducted in 2020 within the Asia-Pacific region, ** percent of the surveyed small businesses in India stated that investing in technology significantly made their businesses more profitable. Comparatively, over *** percent of the surveyed small businesses in New Zealand stated that investing in technology made their businesses significantly more profitable in 2020.
