Respondents in this survey were people who had bought a long-term insurance in the last two years or people who had only bought a short-term insurance but were planning to buy a long-term insurance in the next two years.
The qualitative part of the survey (focus groups and face-to-face interviews) was conducted in December of 2018 with 112 participants. The quantitative part (online survey) was conducted in January of 2019 with 1,030 respondents.
