On January 1, 2024, the founders, Dr. Friedrich Schwandt (CEO) and Hubert Jakob (COO), will initiate a generational transition, assuming the positions of chairmen of ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ. Marc Berg takes over as the new CEO, responsible for leading and steering the company's further development.

Marc Berg brings an impressive track record and a deep understanding of digital business models. With a proven history of leadership and development in technology companies (previously serving as CEO at FREENOW and Klarna DACH, among others), Berg is poised to lead ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ into its next growth phase and further enhance its market leadership. He joined the company on October 1, 2023.
