People can download health apps on their mobile phones, tablets etc., and they can also use dedicated smart health devices in order to keep them physically fit. So, what do the consumers in Poland rely on in terms of health apps and smart health devices?

26 percent of Polish respondents aged 18 to 64 used fitness apps in the course of 2017. Second popular were fitness trackers – such as fitness wristbands – used by ** percent of the consumers in Poland during the same period.

Which country has the highest number of fitness/health clubs in Europe?
In 2017, no other country has a higher number of fitness or health clubs in Europe than Germany. Europe’s biggest economy recorded a total of clubs that year, more than thrice as much as that in Poland. Germany also leads when it comes to generating the highest amount of revenues in the health club industry within Europe. The highest amount of health clubs worldwide, however, can be found in the United States.
