Target Audiences and Market Positioning in Emerging Markets

We supported a technology company in the e-mobility sector in gaining a deep understanding of its potential target audiences. Through comprehensive market and trend analysis combined with expert interviews and a large-scale consumer survey, we identified key consumer segments and analyzed attitudes, motivations, and barriers toward e-mobility. The results provided a clear, data-driven foundation for strategic decision-making and future market positioning.

Brand Positioning and Perception Over Time

We worked with Tom Tailor to identify relevant consumer segments through in-depth target group segmentation within the fashion market. In addition, we conducted an extensive brand tracking study to monitor market positioning and brand perception over time. The insights were delivered via a customized, interactive dashboard tailored to Tom Tailor’s needs and the dynamics of the fashion industry.

Student Decision-Making in Higher Education

We helped an operator of medical schools gain a comprehensive understanding of prospective medical students and their decision-making processes. Using a mixed-method approach, we combined desk research and in-depth interviews with a quantitative survey to analyze motivations, barriers, research behavior, and key decision criteria among U.S. and Canadian applicants. The insights enabled the client to refine its offerings and marketing strategy based on a clearly defined, data-driven target group profile.

We supported a leading global insurance provider in improving its business travel insurance offering by gaining deeper insights into customer awareness, price sensitivity, and decision-making behavior in North America. Through a comprehensive primary research study combined with market analysis, we identified key needs, preferences, and gaps in the existing coverage. The insights enabled the client to optimize its product offering and better align it with customer expectations.
