ISIS Is Expanding Its Reach On Twitter
According to a new report from the Brookings Institute dealing with a sample size of 20,000, ISIS is expanding its reach on Twitter. Just two new accounts were created on the social media network in 2008 and this number increased to 2,380 in 2012 before skyrocketing to nearly 12,000 in 2014. .
