During his first 100 days in office, President Trump broke numerous records. In addition to having the lowest approval ratings of any U.S. president this early into his first term, Trump's Cabinet has also received the most 'no' votes in history. Bush's cabinet only collected 157 'no' votes during his time in the White House while Bill Clinton only had 18. The Washington Post said that eight of Tump's Cabinet members have actually gotten more nays than any other previous nominees for their positions.
