Coffee Ties With Tea as UK's Favourite Drink

October 1 is International Coffee Day, having been created in 2015 to promote and celebrate the beverage. The ƽ Global Consumer Survey shows that despite the strong tradition of tea drinking in the UK, the world's other favorite hot drink does not need to be promoted in the country either. According to the survey, coffee and tea were both consumed by 63 percent of survey respondents regularly. Third on the list were soft drinks at 58 percent.
