Accordingly, Oracle, Cisco and Microsoft were the most often affected and 94 percent of discovered security vulnerabilities related to software. The operating systems most commonly affected were Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. The programs with the most vulnerabilities were Internet Explorer, Java and Chrome.
