Approximately one-third of National Broadband Network (NBN) customers would switch back to their previous service provider if given the chance, according to from finder.com.au. A combined 22 percent of respondents wish they could switch back due to problems with reliability or speed, while just 11 percent wanted to switch back due to cost or value for money. Switching back is not an option, as the existing copper services will be cut off 18 months after a suburb is declared 鈥淣BN-ready鈥�.
